SupremeTex is a garment manufacturer and retailer based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India, specialising in men's activewear including T-shirts, track pants, shorts, and innerwear — available for retail, bulk, and wholesale purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or make a payment on this website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Stock availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after order placement.

4. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms.
• We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner's service reach.
• Free express shipping is available on orders above ₹999 (as per current promotions).
• SupremeTex is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Bulk and wholesale orders are non-refundable once dispatched, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

SupremeTex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
